The experience takes place at 102 Jonson st, Byron Bay, Australia.

This experience is held indoors in a venue with air conditioning.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend approximately 1 hour at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, there is food and beverages available for purchase at this event, however, food cannot be consumed within the gallery.
Will you cater for allergies?
Unfortunately, we won't be able to cater for any allergies.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is limited parking available both in front and to the side of the building and paid parking nearby; however, we recommend avoiding using the car if possible.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality?
No, we believe an experience is best shared so our installations are interactive and immersive and able to be enjoyed by a whole group at any one time. We also exhibit augmented reality paintings, which again, are perfect for one or more to enjoy at the same time.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes we have merchandise for sale at the event to take a memory of Otherworld with you.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the “Tickets” section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
**Can I make a group booking? **
If you would like to book for a large group, please reach groups@feverup.com with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
Do you offer press passes?
Unfortunately, there won't be press passes offered for this event.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket, however we accept challenges emerge and we can allow later entry if essential.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
No smoking or vaping is allowed. No food or beverages brought from outside may be allowed to be consumed in the venue.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Yes, we offer adult carer tickets at half price.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Yes, this experience can accommodate deaf or audibly impaired people. However, as our space is dark and light and visually based, we would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city should you or a guest be visually impaired .
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough gallery experience, so seating is situated in various locations throughout the venue.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods may be permitted upon request.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Yes; we would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at info@otherworld.live.
Is coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
